Six complete front arms for Model 3 (June 2018–2023)
This is a front-only refresh: both upper arms, both straight lower arms, and both curved “banana” arms. It is not an upper-arm-only kit, not a full-car kit, and it does not fit Highland (2024+) or Model Y.
- 6 complete arm assemblies with ball joints and bushings already pressed in
- Aftermarket parts built to the Tesla OE numbers below — not a Tesla Service Center boxed original unless the packing says so
- Bolts, alignment, rear arms, sway-bar links, and tie rods are not included
- Shop time is typically 2–4 hours plus a 4-wheel alignment. A lift is expected
- Uninstalled quality issues: 30-day exchange. Installed parts are not returnable for change of mind — see our

Install notes
If you torque the inner bushing bolts with the wheels hanging, the new rubber is pre-twisted and can tear early. Set ride height, then torque. Replace one-time lock nuts. Then a 4-wheel alignment.
| Joint | Typical Tesla spec | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Lower arms to knuckle | 180 Nm | Replace the lock nut |
| Upper arm to body | 35 Nm (small) / 62 Nm (large) | From Tesla Model 3 service procedure |
| Lower arms to subframe | See current service manual | Value depends on the bolt (NA vs EU/APAC parts differ). Always at ride height. |
Most independent shops book 2–4 hours plus a 4-wheel alignment. A lift is expected. Torque figures above are from Tesla service information for 2017–2023 Model 3 — confirm on the manual for your VIN before you tighten anything.
Why replace the set
Clunks, wander, inner tire wear
Worn front bushings and ball joints let the wheel move under braking and over bumps. Refreshing left and right together keeps the geometry even.
No press required
These are complete arms. If only the banana-arm rubber is torn and the metal is straight, the cheaper route is the (press needed).
