No decorative overlay or adhesive tape is required. Inspect every tab before installation and replace any damaged mating clip or bracket before seating the panel.

Not a mirror repair kit.
The mirror glass, motor, folding mechanism, wiring and exterior mirror cap are not included. Diagnose those parts separately if they are damaged.
If the panel will not sit flush, stop and inspect the retaining tabs and the mounting points. Forcing a misaligned clip can damage the new panel or nearby trim.

Use a plastic trim tool, protect nearby painted and upholstered surfaces, and support the old panel while releasing its tabs. Professional installation is recommended if the original trim is broken around the clips.

Compare LH or RH and the OEM reference on the removed panel before opening the installation area.

Release the old panel carefully.
Use a suitable plastic trim tool and work gradually so the tabs and surrounding surfaces are not stressed.

Align every retaining tab.
Position the new trim without forcing it. Each tab should meet its original mounting point squarely.

Seat and inspect the edges.
Press evenly until secure, then confirm the panel sits flush and does not interfere with the mirror or door operation.

Does it fit Model 3 Highland or Model Y?
It fits Model 3 Highland (2024+). It does not fit Model Y, Model S, Model X or Cybertruck.
Is left always the driver side?
No. LH means the vehicle's left side when you are seated inside and looking forward. It is the driver side on a left-hand-drive car and the passenger side on a right-hand-drive car.
What comes with the Pair option?
One vehicle-left (LH) trim panel and one vehicle-right (RH) trim panel. The single-side options include one panel only.
Are these genuine Tesla parts?
No. These are new aftermarket replacement trim panels. OEM numbers are shown as fitment references for matching your original part.
Are clips included?
The retaining features molded into the replacement panel are included. Separate door-side clips, brackets, tools and other mirror components are not included.
Do I need adhesive tape?
No adhesive tape is designed into this replacement. The panel uses its molded retaining tabs. Do not add tape to compensate for damaged mounting points.
Can I install it myself?
An experienced DIY installer can use a plastic trim tool and careful, even pressure. If the old panel is shattered or a mounting point is damaged, professional installation is the safer choice.
